DURANGO, Colo. (AP) — Authorities are checking leads in their investigation of a missing 13-year-old boy in southwestern Colorado.
La Plata County sheriff’s spokesman Dan Bender said Tuesday the FBI, police and other agencies are following up on tips, but so far there is no sign of the boy.
A two-day search of the Vallecito Reservoir turned up no sign of Dylan Redwine, who has been missing for a week.
Bender said authorities and search crews are on standby if any promising leads turn up.
The boy lives in Colorado Springs with his mother but was in Vallecito for a court-ordered Thanksgiving break visit with his father.
